Great summer in Ireland; 3 new discipleship students; 77 children at Summer Bible Club; building purchase nearly there
September 2026
Greetings from Ireland! We have had an absolutely Great summer this year — it is very rare to have so many days dry and blue skies. I could get used to this! We have also had so many visitors through the summer. There certainly is a new hunger for some answers for the heart condition. But I am desperately yearning for revival amongst God’s people! We have never needed anything more than the Holy Spirit of God to grip and direct our spirit and mould us to be more like Jesus. I pray constantly for the deep help and power of God amongst our church, for Ireland’s sake!
Three new people doing Discipleship. I currently teach our First Principles Discipleship Course on Sunday mornings to 8 people, but have recently added three new people and teach them one on one in their home, and in a local coffee shop! Two of the three people are not saved yet, but are learning what the Bible says about their soul and about Christ’s perfect salvation that is available to all who would believe on Him!
Our Children’s Summer Bible Club was fantastic! The children discovered from Nehemiah that God is a Master-builder and wants to build their lives to last, and for good! God has a marvellous way of building and rebuilding what’s broken in each and every one of us. Every one of us are broken on the inside because of sin. But God gave us His Son, Jesus, to rebuild us, and strengthen every boy and girl with a godly life! We had 77 children attend! And we had a great time with them! Many parents came and heard and watched the Gospel affect their children.
Progress on building purchase. Currently, we are only about $35,000 short. Not bad! We are waiting on some fire protection planning documents to be completed so we can send them to the mortgage lending agency for approval of our loan! We should know soon if the building will be ours! We Thank ALL OF YOU who have given towards this goal!
I remain your friend and fellow-servant,
Pastor Craig Ledbetter
