March 2026

A Rainy Irish Spring. As usual, our “Spring time” in Ireland is basically constant rain and drizzle for weeks and weeks on end. It has been raining since November here. And it really affects us. So I am so glad we have sunshine in our souls! Thank you for praying for us Missionaries and churches in Europe who desperately want to “shine” for the Lord Jesus. Soul-winning has started up again on Saturdays, and our Friday afternoon evangelism in Cork City continues year round!

Twelve Weeks to Freedom Fruit! It goes without saying, but there are so many ups and downs in any ministry to the addicted! But I certainly appreciate the Ups! A man named William H. recently started coming to our Twelve Weeks to Freedom course, and on March 4, came with a different desire — not just to be free from his addiction, but become free from sin’s penalty! He finally understood the actual and only way to be fully free was by a relationship with Jesus Christ and so he prayed and begged Jesus Christ to be his Lord and Saviour! The following week, William was an entirely different man, with a million Bible questions, and a hunger to do everything right from now on! I love baby Christians!

Start of new Discipleship Class! In January, 15 new people started our two year Course called The First Principles Discipleship Course! The class is held at the same time as Sunday School for the rest of the adults. We have seen such great maturity and growth through teaching this course!

Patrick’s Day Parade presence! Our church let the light of the Gospel shine in our local Patrick’s Day Parade on March 17th! Over 20,000 people lined the main street of Ballincollig to watch the parade, and right in the middle of it all 38 of our church folks got to advertise the Gospel, our church, and our Children’s Summer Bible Club called Kids Under Construction! We sang and held up Scripture signs, and waved, and enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Progress on building purchase. Our church folks have recently raised over $20,000, and several churches have given over $30,000 as well towards the purchase of a building across the way from where we currently meet! It’s coming along slow. Would you pray about helping us buy the building so we can expand our auditorium space? If you want to know more, please contact me!

I remain your friend and fellow-servant,

Pastor Craig Ledbetter
