I am giving you examples of where you will find the attributes of the LIVING word corresponding exactly to the WRITTEN word . We must marvel at the closeness with which God has placed himself to His written word.
The amazing fact is that God has placed His own attributes on his written word in such a way that they are inseparable. Yet people will still try to deny the power of a King James Bible and will not believe it, let alone read it.
It contains mysteries that daily open only to the Bible reader that loves and believes it. It remains, however, a closed book to the person who does not believe it and the person that only uses, prefers, or makes his living with it. A humble heart, a believing mind, and a healthy fear of the Author remain the only keys for its opening.
One can not understand Jesus Christ without the Book
and
One can not understand the Book without Jesus Christ.
We as Christians do not give proper respect to this word of God we hold in our hands. For us to know God, we must know His word and without a knowledge of His word, we do not even know the Saviour we claim has saved us. How is a person born again without this word?
Being born again, not of corruptible
seed, but of incorruptible,
by the word of God,
which liveth and abideth for ever.
I Peter 1:23
The intent of this page is not to blaspheme God by bringing Him "down" to a book with these many comparisons; rather the intent is to bring the Bible up to where God has already placed it. Too many people have brought it down to a level more consistent with the thoughts of the Laodician Christians of today.
There are no comments on these comparisons, simply scripture with scripture leaving the reader to draw his conclusions on the validity of the comparisons.
The rapture of the Lord Jesus Christ's Church draws ever closer, and the apostate Laodician church backlsides ever farther. In the midst of this enigma, God's people cry for lack of bread. More now than ever before, the body of Christ needs to grasp the real value of their Bible. With untold numbers of saints that have given their families and their lives that we might have this blessed book, surely we can pick it up to see what it has to say. It is way past time to get a proper perspective of God's Holy word. It may surprise you to read how close the attributes of the written words are to their Author. The creator that breathed the very words that he preserved makes an uncanny number of exact comparisons of himself to his own written word. This is a compiliation of those comparisons as found in the King James 1611 Bible.
