How to memorize God’s Word…

Memorize each verse using the following pattern:

  1. Read the verse out-loud no less than 5 times, every time you get a chance – while waiting in line for dinner, or while combing or brushing your hair, or while getting ready for bed

  2. Make sure you set out to memorize the word of God, word-perfect (don’t leave out any words)

  3. Have someone check you before you attempt to quote it to a Record Keeper

  4. After you have memorized a verse, make sure that you go back and review each previous verse you already memorized because someone may test you on your memory and if not satisfactory, you may lose points!

  5. You will be surprised how much you can remember if you will just TRY.
