Meet Edward

I first came to the Bible Baptist church at Westgate Foundation in Ballincollig in May 2008, with a friend who introduced me to the church. I had moved from the United Kingdom 2 months earlier to Ireland. The first time visit to the church and I felt at home. One of the major reasons that kept me coming back was the truth from the Bible that is been preached by Pastor Craig Ledbetter without compromise. I grew up as a Methodist church believer as my Dad was a Methodist church preacher, we were compelled to go to church and Sunday schools. But that didn’t save me! It was not until January 3rd 2009 when I got discipled by Brother Dan Eberly. The Lord had finally touched my heart and saved me, knowing that Jesus Christ is the only Light for Mankind and I was later baptised that same year. Ever since then, I have surrendered it all to the Lord and decided not to look back. I want to thank God for my life and that of my wife and children. I could wake up every day counting all my blessings of what God has done in my life. Lastly, I just want to say a word of encouragement to everybody that the Lord said in Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
